WhiteWater Express Car Wash

White Water Express Car Wash uses a brilliant 'Hotel California' business model. Want to use a vacuum to clean your car out for something important?? What about needing to use a vacuum so when its later and your taking your driving test, the BMV lady gets in, and it's all fresh and clean smelling?? Forget about it. You can't access a single vacuum without purchasing one of their VERY EXPENSIVE wash packages. And if you're on a budget, so you can't afford one of these VERY EXPENSIVE washing packages, and you try to leave, you can't! The layout is a one-way trap that forces you straight into the car wash port with no way to turn around. I had to flag down an employee to ask how to escape. After all of these shenanigans were over, I then was out of time and wasn't even able to try and go somewhere else to vacuum. What kind of car wash doesn't have accessible vacuums for use... FOR EVERYONE?? I don't recommend.

This is the Best car wash in town!! They have the best service and the best customer service offered around!!! I love the service you get and a clean car you get every time!? Not to mention the mat cleaner, the damp cloths with the spray cleaner to wipe down your seats and dashboard with! They offer everything and are so friendly too!!!

I really like the service here. People are always very nice and helpful. One thing I do wish they would improve is how the car wash itself cleans the front end of my minivan. But I won't give less storage from that because that's a machine issue not a personnel issue

Hands down one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. From the moment I pulled up, the staff was attentive, welcoming, and extremely professional. They didn’t just point me through the line, they actually walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. They also took the time to explain the different wash options, membership deals, and ways to save money, which I really appreciated. It never felt pushy, just helpful and informative. The wash itself was excellent. My car came out spotless, shining, and looking brand new. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a place that values customer service just as much as results, this is it. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

I recently visited the WhiteWater Express Car Wash, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I pulled in, it was clear that this location prioritizes exceptional service and customer satisfaction above all else. The employees here are truly dedicated; they greet every customer with a warm smile and are ready to assist in any way possible. It's refreshing to see such a committed team in action, and their enthusiasm is infectious. They take the time to explain the different packages and services without any pressure, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling valued and well taken care of. One of the standout features of this location is its cleanliness. Not only are the car wash bays spotless, but the entire lot is impeccably maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to see employees working diligently to clean the area right after customers left, demonstrating their commitment to providing a pleasant experience for everyone. This attention to detail sets WhiteWater Express apart from other car washes. In fact, I pass by another WhiteWater Express location on my way to this one, and I never hesitate to make the extra trip because of the quali
